Update 1.0.4 (Settings and Help)

Bug Fixes:

-Fixed a bug that allowed players to repair their castle even when they didn't have enough gold.

-Stopped the AI from building so many swordsmen

New Features:

-Implemented settings menu

-Can now change music and sound effect volume

-There is now a help menu that discusses some of the game's concepts more in depth

Changes:

-Decreased the difficulty of some of the lower levels
